Badania profesora Lafontana
Profesor Max Lafontan, dyrektor Jednostki Badawczej U858 ośrodka badawczego w Tuluzie we Francji, który wyspecjalizował się w badaniach nad tkanką tłuszczową i otyłością przeprowadził w 2006r. przełomowe badania, których wyniki udowodniły, że mechanotransdukcja w komórkach tkanki tłuszczowej wywoływana przy pomocy urządzeń do Endermologie® firmy LPG® powoduje silną reakcję lipolityczną.
Mechanotransdukcja jest to proces, w trakcie którego komórka przekształca bodźce mechaniczne w aktywność chemiczną. Mechaniczne oddziaływanie na wierzchnią (górną) warstwę skóry indukuje biochemiczną reakcję komórek.
Zespół profesora Lafontana jest jednym z niewielu na świecie, który stosuje delikatną metodę „mikrodializy”. Technika ta polega na wprowadzeniu do tkanki mikrosondy, która umożliwia rejestrację i analizę informacji podczas zabiegów. W tym przypadku rejestrowała ona zmiany zachodzące w tkance tłuszczowej podczas stymulowania jej przy pomocy urządzenia LPG® Cellu M6® Keymodule.
Po raz pierwszy w historii profesor Lafontan wraz z zespołem badawczym przeprowadził naukową weryfikację wpływu opatentowanej przez LPG® techniki Roll® na tkankę tłuszczową. Okazało się, że podczas poddawania jej wielokrotnej stymulacji mechanicznej przy użyciu aparatu Cellu M6 Keymodule trybem pracy rolek Roll'in dochodzi do ożywienia metabolicznie nieaktywnej tkanki tłuszczowej, uaktywnienia jej metabolizmu i stymulacji uwalniania tłuszczu.
Wyniki tych badań wskazują więc na to, że tkanka tłuszczowa z czasem przestaje być aktywna i zaczyna gromadzić nadmiar tłuszczu. Gdy zostaje poddana intensywnemu oddziaływaniu mechanicznemu techniki Roll'in, te nieaktywne komórki tkanki tłuszczowej zaczynają łatwiej uwalniać tłuszcz. Jednocześnie zbita, stwardniała tkanka, która skupia komórki tłuszczowe ulega zmiękczeniu, co pozwala uwolnić i usunąć zlokalizowany i oporny na dietę i gimnastykę tłuszcz. Ponadto fibroblasty stymulują produkcję kolagenu i elastyny, co wzmacnia, napina i tonizuje skórę, modelując jednocześnie sylwetkę.
Podsumowując: Endermologie® w połączeniu ze zdrowym trybem życia może stymulować uwalnianie opornego tłuszczu. Jest to fakt potwierdzony naukowo

Effect of the LPG Technique on adipocyte activity (in situ microdialysis)

To analyse and quantify by microdialysis the lipolytic effect of the LPG® technique with CelluM6 keymodule-i® on adipose tissue after 4 weeks treatment (3 sessions/week).
